Halloween

T did a great job on his first Halloween. He was THRILLED to see our neighbors giving him "toys" (we didn't tell him it was candy, but I'm sure he'll figure it out when he see others eating "toys").

Being a pumpkin was confusing. He already thinks pumpkins are dogs since our dog is "Punkin".

When we got back to hand out some candy, he sat on the steps with us and enjoyed greeting the trick-or-treaters.

It was a great time.

Great pumpkin costume. Thanu is absolutely adorable. Orange is a wonderful color on him too. I love that you dressed up as well. Something most parents don't do here. Friends of ours dressed as Ghostbusters while their son dressed as a ghost. It was too cute.

We wanted to dress as skyscrapers and dress Thanu as a monkey, but didn't have the time for something like that :)

I can see where Pumpkin and Punkin would be a bit confusing. I love the toddler years when you kind of control the costumes and pick out really cute cool costumes. Although, I wanted Matt to be Scooby Doo at 11 mo and he had nothing to do with that costume. I guess that's part of growing up - giving them some choices - we still have veto power though :)
